If you are not satisfied with the product that has been delivered, you can cancel your order and get refund by returning us your parcel within 7 days of the receipt of your order. Items must be in original condition with original packaging and accessories along with the original invoice. Only the order amount will be refunded - freight / shipping fees for the return will be at your own expense. You must return your parcel to our mailing address.
Please use a good courier service that offers tracking of the shipment, as the refund can be processed only once the item is received in good condition.
The refund process can take up to 15 days once the parcel is returned to us. For all refunds we will refund the amount to same mode of payment as used during checkout. For cash on delivery refunds we will issue a credit of the same value to your account, which can be redeemed in a period of one year.
Please inspect all items purchased by you at the time of delivery for defective / broken items. Please do not accept broken or defective items and mail us on email@example.com, within 3 days of the receipt of your order, mentioning your order number and name, stating the defect. We will replace the ordered item at an earliest.
