DELIVERY INFORMATION

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

We try to make sure that every person is able to order online from our website and so we have tied up with DTDC and First Flight, to take advantage of their extensive network so we can service you.

If for any reason, your pin code is out of our delivery area, please do contact us and we will try to see if we can serve you using a local courier.

IS COD AVAILABLE FOR MY LOCATION?
COD is dependent on the coverage of our courier partners. If your location is not covered for COD, we suggest you make payment online to confirm the order.

DO YOU SHIP ORDERS INTERNATIONALLY?
If you stay abroad but wish to place an order with us, please contact us on orders@sleepair.in . We will try our best to get it delivered.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES?
We provide free shipping for all orders above Rs. 1000. For any orders under Rs. 1000, we charge a nominal shipping fee of Rs. 100.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO REACH ME?
If you place order before 1 pm, your order will be processed the same day. If the order is placed after 1 pm, the processing will take place the next day. The order will ship within 24-48 hours of it being placed. We ship via Blue Dart and FedEx Air, and it usually takes a maximum of 5-7 working days to reach the final destination.

HOW CAN I VIEW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a mail with tracking details. You can also login in ‘My Account’ on our website to see the status of your order.

TAKING DELIVERY OF MY ORDER:
Inspect your order before receiving it - do not take delivery of the package it if the box looks physically damaged or tampered with. Please contact our customer support at +91 33 4001 1155, or email us at orders@sleepair.in , mentioning your order reference number and inform us of the damage immediately.

UNLIKELY SHIPPING DELAYS:
If for any reason there is an unforeseen delay in shipping your order, we will make every attempt to let you know in advance via the contact details mentioned in your order.

In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.
